Larry has been in the traffic/sign support business since 1977. In the 1980s, his focus was on the perforated square steel (PSST) sign, where he saw a need for sign accessories.

In 1988, Larry founded Xcessories Squared to manufacture crashworthy breakaway and slip-away devices, sign-mounting systems, and installation equipment to complement the perforated square tube system.

Since Larry started Xcessories Squared, the business has grown and now has offices in Illinois and Arizona and a warehouse in Texas.

Matt has been working at Xcessories Squared since June 1995. He joined the family business because he wanted to work with his father, Larry, and saw great potential in the foundation his dad built.

Starting in the warehouse/shipping department, Matt moved up the ladder into sales and research and development before being named vice president of operations in 2005. He was named president of Xcessories Squared in 2012.

Matt enjoys working with his father and other family members, friendships he's built with customers, and being part of the growth of the Xcessories Squared. One project that stands out for Matt is the development of NCHRP 350 and MASH-compliant traffic safety products.

In his free time, Matt likes the outdoors: hunting, fishing, hiking, and golf are just a few of his hobbies.

Traci came to Xcessories Squared to work with her father, Larry Leahy, to help expand the family business he began in 1987. She started at the company in 2008 in data entry. She was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2020, overseeing critical areas like order entry, shipping, inventory, and customer service.

In her free time, Traci enjoys spending time with family and friends and attending school events for her children. She is also the president of the Auburn Music Boosters at Auburn High School.

Kevin joined Xcessories Squared in June 2025, bringing with him over 20 years of experience as a seasoned sales manager in the traffic safety industry. With a proven track record in customer service and marketing strategy, Kevin is known for building strong client relationships and driving innovative solutions that improve roadway safety.

Kevin's approach to sales is centered around collaboration and communication, constantly looking for ways to push boundaries and elevate industry standards. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Christian education from Howard Payne University.

He and his wife, Shelly, have been married for 30 years and are proud parents to three daughters.

Dave is a regional sales manager for Xcessories Squared, covering California and Nevada. Joining the team in May 2018, Dave wanted to work at Xcessories Squared because it's family owned and makes exceptionally engineered traffic sign support products.

Dave enjoys the freedom this job allows him to work at his own pace (and it's not slow!). He was also part of the team that got Xcessories Squared's MASSH-400 system installed into the Arizona DOT.

In his free time, Dave enjoys relaxing and taking cruises (he has a few booked already).

Richard is a regional sales manager for Xcessories Squared, and he helps customers in Arkansas, Iowa, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. He's been with the company since January 2009. Richard wanted to work here because Xcessories Squared is the leader in the traffic sign support industry with an exceptional reputation and products that are made, melted, and manufactured in the U.S.A.

In his free time, Richard likes spending time with his kids and grandkids, golfing, and fishing.

Greg has been on the Xcessories Squared team since September 2005. He chose to work here because the job gave him the opportunity to design products and work with national committees.

In his role as national product manager, Greg is responsible for design, DOT specifications, testing (establishing and analyzing), and the technical characteristics of products.

Greg most enjoys the people (employees and customers) he works with, the constant math, and the design aspect of his job. He is proud to have been involved in the MASSH-400 product's design, testing, and implementation.

When he's not at work, Greg likes to save the whales, help others, visit his grandchildren, and work on his design projects.

Although Ron has been with Xcessories Squared since December 2019, he's worked with us since 1997. Ron wanted to work at Xcessories Squared because the people and the products are the best in the industry. As regional sales manager, Ron helps customers find the products they need for safer roadways. In his free time, he enjoys woodworking and building things.

Andrew has been with Xcessories Squared since July 2020.

As our inside sales coordinator/contracts administrator, Andrew prepares quotes and bid proposals, administers contracts, and helps customers.

Andrew truly enjoys the people he works with, and he believes the quality of products and our customer service set Xcessories Squared apart from the competition.

Ken has been with Xcessories Squared since 2000. He currently serves as our southeast regional sales manager (Alabama, Florida, Georgia). The thing Ken likes most about his job is the people he works with. In his free time, he likes to workout and golf.
